Students in Himachal Pradesh moved to action by The Price of Free.
Following a screening of The Price of Free, students at Pinegrove School, Himachal Pradesh were moved by the stories of child labour in the film, and pledged to take action for children forced to work in India.
The students of the 8-12 classes have started a letter-writing campaign, pledging their support to end child labour and demonstrating their solidarity with children who do not enjoy the same rights as they do, despite living in the same country - and even the same state as them.
100 Million India has been mobilising children in different states across the country to take action, using a combination of film screenings, addresses from youth activists, and marches to engage young people in the fight for the rights of the most marginalised.

This is a powerful and inspiring post that highlights the role young people can play in driving meaningful social change. The storytelling is compelling and grounded in purpose, making the campaign feel both urgent and achievable. It’s encouraging to see how collective action and awareness can influence such an important issue. Reading it also brought to mind conversations I’ve encountered around https://the915lawyer.com/, where clarity and advocacy are presented in a similarly thoughtful and accessible way. The way you explained the topic was very clear and helpful. I recently came across a similar discussion on a review blog, and it offered an interesting perspective as well. A meaningful and motivating piece overall.
It’s inspiring to see students taking such meaningful action—using their voices through letter-writing to Infinite Craft Game stand up against child labour shows the real power of youth engagement in creating positive change.
